To ask the President of the Board of Trade what are the present methods of financing capital expenditure employed by the Post Office and its subsidiaries; and what changes are proposed following the autumn statement.

The Post Office and its subsidiaries finance capital expenditure from internally generated funds. No changes are proposed following the autumn statement.
