To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what recent discussions he has had with other foreign ministers regarding GATT; and if he will make a statement.

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs has had several such discussions, most recently at the Foreign Affairs Council on 9 November, when Ministers urged the Commission to work for agreement with the United States.
