§ Mr. Gwilym JonesGwynedd health authority have a long-standing agreement with Welsh Water dating from 1955 to fluoridate water supplies on Anglesey. They have requested Welsh Water plc to replace the equipment used to fluoridate the water supply on Anglesey which has not been in operation for about four years. The company has not yet acceded to that request. The Department is not aware of any other requests of Welsh Water plc by health authorities concerning fluoridation.
