(2) what representations he has made to European Commission officials within the last six months concerning the extension of the non-fossil fuel obligation and its effect on the Community's competition policy.
§ Mr. EggarMy Department is in discussion with the European Commission concerning the 1998 limitation on the non-fossil fuel obligation in respect to renewables. My Department has not made any representations to the Commission about further funding for the nuclear sector.
