§ Mr. Douglas HoggI refer the hon. Gentleman to the reply I gave on 13 November, at column1010. The International Atomic Energy Agency inspection team which went to Iran in February also visited the nuclear sites at Isfahan, Tehran and Saghand, but not Gorgan or Darkhovin. We are aware of reports that Iran plans to build nuclear power plants at both these sites.
