Projections of carbon dioxide emissions in 2005 and 2020 for the UK under a range of scenarios, were published in Energy Paper 59—Energy Related Carbon Emissions in Possible Future Scenarios for the United Kingdom, HMSO, October 1992—a copy of which has been placed in the Library of the House. The modelling work for these projections was carried out on a UK wide basis. Emissions have not been separately projected for Wales.
