§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe Government are investigating the possible use of economic instruments to provide incentives to increase, re-use, recycle or minimum waste. Our White Paper, "This Common Inheritance—The Second Year Report" commits us to announcing conclusions about the use of economic instruments early in the new year.
