§ Mr. McLoughlinPublic telephones are provided in the majority of industrial tribunal offices. Where they are not, the tribunal staff arrange access to an official telephone for parties, their representatives or witnesses if they need this in connection with the tribunal hearing. The central offices of the industrial tribunals in England and Wales and Scotland have been asked to review the arrangements with a view to ensuring that the public have access to a telephone.
