§ Mr. SackvilleThe format of the 1991–92 annual accounts of regional and district health authorities does not provide for the separate identification of year-end creditors relating to capital expenditure and such information is not otherwise collected centrally. The hon. Member may wish to contact the chairmen of regional health authorities for details. Capital creditors will be separately identifiable in the annual accounts from 1992–93.
