§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe know-how fund was extended to Albania in July 1992. We are currently working up a programme of assistance: initial projects are concentrating on the privatisation of state farms and the health management sector. We have provided £1.3 million of bilateral humanitarian assistance through grants to British non-governmental organisations. Our contribution to EC humanitarian assistance is some £12 million.
