§ Mr. Llew SmithTo ask the President of the Board of Trade what has been the total cost to date in(a) historic costs and (b) 1992 prices of clean-up programmes and retrofitted technology installed at (i) Sellafield, (ii) Capenhurst, (iii) Springfields, (iv) Chapelcross, (v) Harwell, (vi) Dounreay and (vii) Risley, respectively, to protect the environment against radioactive and toxic contamination.
