To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list those agencies in his Department which are being considered for privatisation or contractorisation.

None of the agencies for which I am responsible is currently a candidate for privatisation or contractorisation. These are, however, issues that are considered as part of each agency's three-year review; where appropriate, an announcement would be made.
