§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThere is no requirement on local authorities to draw up such registers until Parliament approves regulations under section 143 of the Environmental Protection Act, 1990. Some guidance has already been made available to local authorities via consultation papers issued by the Government on this subject and a final version will be provided when regulations come to be made.
