§ Mr. StewartThe needs and problems of all areas, including Dunfermline, are being carefully considered in the review of assisted area status. Decisions on the designation of particular areas will be informed by an analysis of data on a range of relevant factors and by the responses to the consultation paper which my right hon. Friend issued in June.
