To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department if he will now set an early date to bring into force the Access to Neighbouring Land Act 1992.

Mr. John M. Taylor
The Lord Chancellor hopes to be in a position to bring the Act into force by 1 February 1993.
