§ Mr. Lennox-BoydNo. The plantation restructuring unit, which is responsible for overseeing the privatisation process, is looking to appoint an independent company to monitor the estates. It will take environmental issues into account, particularly sustainability. The plantation workers are represented by unions which are active on their behalf.
