To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what is his most recent assessment of the danger posed by military activity affecting the HAK plant at Tuzala in the former Yugoslavia.

As the HAK chemical plant at Tuzala in northern Bosnia is in an area of fierce fighting, it is not at present possible to gain access to the plant in order to make any assessment of the impact on it.
