§ Mr. Peter LloydThere have been no racial incidents leading to disciplinary action at Wolds remand prison since it opened. Tackling issues based on race, including racial tension, is the responsibility of all staff and they receive appropriate training. In addition, a race relations committee and a race relations officer are specifically charged with the task of ensuring that attention is paid to racial matters.
