§ Mr. Lennox-BoydMost of our aid for Mozambican refugees is channelled through the co-ordinating offices of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, from where it is allocated to relief programmes in refugee host countries, including Zimbabwe. We have made cash grants of £10.5 million in this form since 1989. We are also supporting British non-governmental organisations, including Help Age which is running a programme to address the urgent needs of elderly and disabled Mozambican refugees in Zimbabwe.
