§ Mr. Gareth WardellTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will place in the Library a copy of the guidelines he has issued to local authorities in Wales on the format and the details to be included in the contaminated land registers.
§ Mr. Gwilym JonesA consultation exercise on contaminated land registers was undertaken in May 1991 and a copy of the consultation paper has been placed in the Library of the House. The Government have recently consulted on revised proposals in the light of responses to that paper and further guidance is planned for issue to local authorities in due course. A copy will he placed in the Library of the House at that stage.
