§ Mr. Peter LloydOn Monday 9 November 1992, a total of 233 prisoners were unlocked at Wolds remand prison. It had been expected that its present catchment area would fill it to capacity. This has proved not to be the case and the prison service is now considering how best to make up the shortfall.
