§ Mr. Gwilym JonesA total of 60,000 copies of "The Welsh Environment: A Guide to your Rights and Responsibilities" were produced for the Welsh Office. To date 59,700 have been distributed, largely through county and district councils, main libraries and citizens advice bureaux in Wales.
