§ Mr. JannerTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment when she expects the Health and Safety Commission to consider the review of current procedures and to put its proposals to Ministers concerning the removal of Crown indemnity in respect of infringements of the Health and Safety at Work, etc., Act 1974.
§ Mr. McLoughlinThe Health and Safety Commission currently plans to consider the review in December and, if appropriate, will make recommendations early in the new year.
