§ Dr. MawhinneyThe Leeds headquarters of the National Health Service Management Executive—NHSME—have been occupied from 6 July 1992. The chief executive of the NHSME has visited the headquarters on six occasions since 6 July. His own office will be ready for occupation early in the new year.
