§ Mr. NorrisOver recent months, London Underground Ltd. have held a number of formal borough consultation meetings to discuss the principle of the project. These have been supported by meetings addressing specific issues. The project is currently being considered by the boards of London Underground and London Transport and no decision has yet been taken on when any powers should be sought.
