§ Mr. Charles WardleThe Government are satisfied that the United Kingdom meets its obligations under the European convention on human rights, including those set out in article 8. The United Kingdom is committed, where it is found to be in violation of the convention, to ensuring that its arrangements are consistent with those obligations.
