§ Mr. Archie HamiltonIt is currently intended that MOD funding for the proposed Plymouth urban development corporation (UDC) is made available by means of four annual transfers of funds to the DOE effected as part of the public expenditure survey (PES) process. The funding required will be deducted from the Department's overall PES settlement rather than charged to specific MOD vote sub-items. There is no record of funds being transferred from the MOD for a similar purpose in the past to either other UDCs or local authorities.
