§ Mr. Neil Hamilton[holding answer 5 November 1992]: Any attempt to control the fee structure of estate agency business in any part of the United Kingdom is a matter for the Director General of Fair Trading, Sir Bryan Carsberg, to consider. Any evidence of possible anti-competitive agreements should he submitted to Sir Bryan.
