§ Mr. HowardProvisional awards of supplementary credit approvals—SCAs—for mandatory house renovation grants will be notified to local authorities shortly. On the SCAs issued by my Department for other purposes, we have already announced to local authorities our intentions for 1992–93. The SCAs themselves will be issued by 30 September 1993.
