§ Mr. CurryI obtain quarterly returns from local enforcement authorities of the inspections and other actions that they have undertaken in connection with their responsibilities under the Food Safety Act. My officials examine those returns to see whether the requirements set out in the codes of practice issued under section 40 of the Act are being met.
