§ Mr. Sainsbury[holding answer 3 November 1992]: On 5 June 1992, the United Kingdom sent 12 proposals to the European Commission for funding under the Perifra scheme. On 7 August 1992, the European Commission announced the approval of eight of them. These are as follows:

- Design and construction of a training centre.
The timing of the start of work on the projects is a matter for the sponsors.
