Member for Congleton wrote to her; and if she will make a statement.
§ Mr. SackvilleThe alleged RU486 tablets illegally imported into the USA and purporting to come from the United Kingdom are not the strength licensed for use in the United Kingdom. Nor are they the tablets used for clinical trials in the United Kingdom. It is unlikely these tablets originated from the United Kingdom but investigations are continuing in collaboration with the US Food and Drug Administration.
