To ask the Prime Minister if the Crown Estate will make it its policy to halt the continued felling of the 17th century tree avenue in Windsor great park.

The Crown Estate Commissioners consulted English Nature before taking the decision to clear fell, remove and replant Queen Anne's Ride in Windsor great park with 1,000 oak saplings.

To ask the Prime Minister if Her Majesty's Government will bring forward legislation to amend the Crown Estate Act 1961 so as to vest responsibility for Windsor great park with the Department of the Environment.
