§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe international science and technology centre is intended to channel the skills and talents of the former weapons scientists in Russia and Ukraine towards suitable civil projects. Her Majesty's Government will seek to bring projects proposed for funding by the centre to the attention of the United Kingdom companies.
