§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe action which the Department expects both of housing associations and local authorities 169W is featured in the published "Agenda for Action on Housing for Wales". The relevant target is that void rates should be below 2 per cent.: the current average for local authorities and housing associations combined is 1.2 per cent. Progress is subject to examination in the context of annual review and monitoring meetings.
