§ Mr. McLoughlinThe conference is being organised jointly by the Health and Safety Executive and the Institution of Environmental Health Officers; it is a presidency special event which is aimed at those concerned with the enforcement of health and safety legislation in member states of the European Community. I will be giving the keynote speech at the conference. A number of Health and Safety Executive officials will be speaking.
