§ Mr. JannerTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment when she expects the Health and Safety Executive to complete its review of procedure of preserving Crown notices for infringement of health and safety legislation by public bodies; and when she expects the Health and Safety Commission to present its report.
§ Mr. McLoughlinThe Health and Safety Executive hopes to present the findings of its review of the crown notice procedure to the Health and Safety Commission before the end of the year. Depending on its views of the findings, the HSC may make recommendations to Ministers in the new year.
