§ Mr. ForthThe level of recurrent grant notified to Harris city technology college for the current academic year, 1992–93, is £3.327 million for 830 pupils under the school-leaving age and 98 pupils over school-leaving age. This includes provision for diseconomies of scale during the college's build-up to full capacity and for services provided centrally by local education authorities to their schools.
