§ Mr. AtkinsThis information could be provided in the form requested only at disproportionate cost. However, since 1985, the Department of the Environment for NI has taken enforcement action in 530 cases, 20 of them in the Belfast South constituency. In 74 cases, eight of them in Belfast South, court action was necessary and in 48, two of which were in Belfast South, fines were imposed.
