§ Miss WiddecombeThe Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations have been delayed to allow time for consideration of the Social Security Select Committee's report on the "Operation of Pension Funds" in relation to those issues upon which the regulations impinge. We expect the regulations to be laid shortly.
