§ Mr. AtkinsThis is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and I am advised by its chief executive that the total amount of rent and rates arrears owed to the Housing Executive at 31 March 1992 (the latest date for which figures are available) and at the end of the two previous years was as follows:
