§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 21 May 1992]: What are called disabled facilities grants in England and Wales are not applicable to Scotland. Improvement grants for adapting houses to meet the needs of disabled people have however been available in Scotland for many years. They have not been subject to recent review.
