§ Mr. MacleanMy Department has communicated with the Welsh Office, the British geological survey and the sea mammal research unit on proposed seismic testing on the sea bed in Cardigan bay. I understand that the Cardigan bay research has now been postponed.
§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has had concerning the proposed simulated earthquake experimental explosion in Cardigan bay and its potential impact on the sonar neurology of dolphins, porpoises and seals.
