§ Mr. MatesThe Government attach a very high priority to cutting off sources of terrorist finance and are pressing244W on to implement the hard-hitting confiscation scheme contained in the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991. The other financial provisions of that Act have already been brought into use.
