§ Mr. JackPresent arrangements for the consideration and investigation of alleged miscarriages of justice are being reviewed as part of the work being carried out by the Royal Commission on criminal justice. The Government will give careful consideration to the findings of the Royal Commission on all matters arising from its examination of the criminal justice system.
