§ Mr. MacGregorThe conference will take a wide-ranging view of a variety of complex and interlinked environment and development issues. Transport has an important role to play in issues such as climate change, the protection of the atmosphere and the promotion of sustainable human settlements.
My Department has played a full part in developing the Government's policy on these issues. It is not practicable to separate out the cost of carrying out this work.
