§ Mr. NorrisAfter having consulted interested representatives of the shipping industry, I have decided that the benefits of continued United Kingdom membership of the Central Rhine Commission are no longer sufficient to justify our annual expenditure on this organisation. We will therefore be giving the Central Rhine Commission formal notice of our intention to withdraw from 31 December 1993.
