§ Mr. Charles WardleMr. Owen-Williams was refused entry because he failed to meet the criteria for admission as a visitor in the published immigration rules. He was asked a number of questions about his background, employment, financial status and future plans. His allegations about his treatment by immigration officers have been investigated and he will receive a full reply. The investigating officer is satisfied that no offensive comments were made to him by immigration officers.
