§ Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office Others, including the Attorney General, the Governor of Hong Kong, the British Ambassador in Peking, the Minister for Overseas Development, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and the responsible Deputy Under-Secretary of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, may be invited to attend as appropriate.
