§ Mr. David HuntApplications for planning permission for opencast coal mining are the responsibility of Clwyd county council as minerals planning authority. The information requested is not held centrally but one proposal in Alyn and Deeside, for opencast mining at Bannel Bridge, south of Buckley, is currently before me on appeal.
